Hebi Tianrui Petroleum Proppant Co., Ltd was established in 2011 and covers more than 60 thousand square meters. It is located in Shi Lin industrial Area, Shancheng District, Hebi, Henan province. Hebi Tianrui is one of first class suppliers of CNPC and SINOPEC. Moreover, our company is the model enterprise of good faith, key protection enterprise, with credit level AAA.

Main products of Hebi Tianrui is petroleum fracturing proppant (ceramic proppants), which are primarily used in hydraulic fracturing nature gas and oil. The company offer different types of proppant, i.e Ultra-low density, low density, medium density and high density fracturing proppant.

Furthermore, our company also provides R&D and technical services to our clients. Tianrui proppant has been widely used in Changqing oilfield, Daqing oilfield, Chuanqing oilfield, Zhongyuan oilfield and overseas.
Hebi tianrui plans to build 3 production lines with annual output of 150,000 tons of high strength fracturing proppant. The first production line with annual production capacity of 50,000 tons has been successfully completed in 2012 and the other two production lines are under construction. At present, the company has more than 200 employees, 300 producing equipments and 90 testing equipments.

Currently, since the high strength with low density proppant tends to be more favorable in the global fracturing proppant market, our company has been successfully developed the Ultra-Lowweight fracturing proppant. Whose bulk density is less than 1.50 g/cm3 , apparent density less than 2.72 g/cm3 and crush resistance less than 5% and 9% under 7,500psi and 10,000psi respectively. In 2013, over 20,000 tons of fracturing proppant has been exported overseas.

The ultra-lightweight proppants have been widely used in fracturing activities, which significantly improve production. The ultra low density proppants are strong, low-density materials with much slower settling rates than sand or other proppants. The improved transport properties in low- or no-polymer frac-fluid systems—minimizing residual proppant pack damage—offer greater effective frac length with maximum producing- zone conductivity.

In terms of the R&D ability, Hebi tianrui has closely built the relationship with Zhengzhou Universiy, specific in scientific research. In 2013, based on the corporation of our company and Zhengzhou University, using Inorganic waste material to produce high strength fracturing proppant R&D center has been established. Our company provids 4 million RMB yearly to support the R&D activities and we have obtained 3 patent for inventions. Currently, Hebi Tianrui has successfully got the ISO9001:2008 qualification, and obtains the qualified testing reports from Chuangqing Oilfield (CNPC), Langfang Reservoir Stimulation Laboratory (CNPC), Dagang Oilfield (CNPC), Shengli Oilfield (SINOPEC) and so on.
